First concert: I don’t remember.
First childhood memory related to music: Once my mother played the Piano at home and I joined her using some kitchen equipment as drums.
Favourite song at the moment: November by Max Richter
A rather embarrassing song you like: Pokerface by Lady Gaga – I hear it in my car max volume (although I love her! She is not embarrassing because she great)
Favourite song among your own: Timelapse
Favourite songlyrics: I am bad with lyrics I am only good with melodies.
Best concert: Opening of Montreux Festival playing with Max Richter, and later listening to Nicolas Jaar.
Worst concert: Blu Man Group – I was very disappointed .. my own worst concert experience I think was in Belgium where I was invited to do a Brahms Sextett and I prepared the wrong piece! At the same day the concert took place they told me I was supposed to play a different piece, and already did the rehearsals with the wrong one – But I learned it quickley! Still, that was a catastrophe!
Best concert among your own: Hollywood Bowl with LA Phil because of the nice atmosphere and the legendary venue.
